I was super anxious when my radon readings (over several months) were in the 5s, 6s, and 7s, and I appreciated how friendly and responsive (and calming) you were on the phone, answering all my questions and explaining to me the procedure for solving the problem. You guys did a great job of keeping the air clean while you worked (that cool machine that pumped the dust outside!), and the cleanup afterward was perfect–you would have never known you were there at all (or that you had ripped up the carpet, cut a hole in the foundation, laid a pipe through the closet, and installed a fan in the attic!). My radon readings are now very low (in the .5 to 1.5 range), just as you promised, and I am so relieved to have that odorless toxin out of my house for good!
